2. User eligibility and responsibility

3. Platform services

When users place an order, they agree to review product details, prices, delivery fees, promotions, and recipient information before payment. Successful order confirmation depends on product availability, payment confirmation, and platform risk checks.

Cancellation and refund outcomes may depend on order status, product category, and relevant supporting evidence. When disputes arise, additional information such as payment proof, product photos, or chat history may be requested.

Users must have the right to upload any images, videos, audio, text, or product information they submit to the platform and must not infringe the rights of others. Risky or policy-inconsistent content may be limited, hidden, removed, or restricted.
